Milwaukee Electronics

Design Services

Milwaukee Electronics has a demonstrated commitment to electronics design of custom solutions. Our electronics design engineers have an average experience of 20 years and on average have been with the company for 14 years. Because embedded systems is our specialty our engineers have to be proficient in software and hardware design. It is this breadth of capability that enables our engineers to come up with creative solutions that evade others.

While the products we've worked on have been wide and varied over the years, our designs have repeatedly found application in industrial controls where reliability and robustness are critical design criterion

Milwaukee Electronics

Manufacturing Services

Milwaukee Electronics was founded in 1954, to meet the needs of mining equipment manufacturers, offering services in circuit board design and PCB Assembly.  Since then, we have evolved into a full-service Electronics Manufacturing Services company providing engineering and manufacturing services to North American OEMs.

Today we operate as a privately held family-owned business with over 700 employees across 3 design centers, 3 manufacturing facilities in North America.

Production manufacturing services including PCBA and box build are performed in our Milwaukee, Portland and Tecate manufacturing facilities.

San Diego PCB

Design & Layout

Having an in-house layout staff is one of the keys to Milwaukee Electronics' success in delivering effective electronics designs. Our pcb layout personnel are more than just CAD experts. Their CID+ certification is partial proof of the value they bring to the design process. Because we use in-house designers for our own development projects they have developed a broad awareness of circuit design techniques that reach well past the physical and into the logical designs.

Milwaukee Electronics PCB designers can be relied upon to provide expert opinions about signal integrity, circuit design and even mechanical fit questions. Because they often provide QC support for first article inspection of new circuit board designs for manufacturing they possess tremendous understanding of board house fabrication processes which enables them to tailor their designs to meet cost requirements and industry standard capabilities.

Screaming Circuits

Quick-Turn PCB Prototypes

Screaming Circuits was created to serve the electronic engineer who needs unique, high-quality PCB assembly done right and done fast. Forget massive, nameless, faceless, old-world assembly lines. At Screaming Circuits, PCB assembly is human-friendly, web-friendly and performed by specialists who care about good design.

We assemble prototype and short-run production PCBs in as little as 24 hours, in quantities as few as one board with no NRE cost or setup fees.
